What stands out: Intertops is a foreign operator without a Belgian licence. In plain terms, this is a solid but not spectacular choice.

Paying from Belgium follows a predictable pattern: money goes in via Bancontact or Bancontact Pay, and the payout runs to your bank account. What you may still know as Payconiq has been Bancontact Pay since March 2026.
Bancontact Pay caps at €1500 per transaction and €2500 per day. Available directly, no waiting; withdrawing takes as a rule one to three banking days, plus the time the operator itself takes to process the request.
From signup to first payout
Signup asks the same steps everywhere: correct personal details and an identity check ahead of the first payout. An ID and something that evidences your address usually suffice. Make sure account holder and player are the same person.
Customer service rarely speaks Dutch here, and the regulator sits outside the loop. Set the transaction e-mails aside; in a dispute over a payout those are the only documents that count.
Limits, age and EPIS
The Belgian legislator approaches player protection considerably more strictly than a few years ago and it is built that way on purpose. The standard limit runs to €200 per week per site. Dropping that limit is possible at any moment, going beyond that takes a review and time.
The EPIS system is the regulator's central exclusion list: the block covers every licence holder in the country. Unlicensed sites are not connected to it. Under-21s have been shut out of casino, hall and betting since September 2024; 18 still applies at the National Lottery alone. The bar is statutory, not a house rule.
Player questions
Is Intertops legal in Belgium?
No. Intertops holds no Belgian licence and appears on the Gaming Commission's black list. The regulator keeps both lists current. Always verify it yourself before depositing.
Can I play from 18?
You must be 21. Younger is only allowed at the National Lottery. The check is automatic at licensed sites. The 2024 reform aligned every form of play.
Is the bonus worth it?
Always work the wagering through: 35x on a €50 bonus means €1,750 of turnover before a payout. Declining a bonus is always allowed. Without converting to euros a percentage says nothing.
Can I deposit with Bancontact at Intertops?
Yes. Bancontact and Bancontact Pay are the standard deposit methods; withdrawals go by bank transfer. Mind the app's daily ceilings. There is no route back to Bancontact — that goes via the bank.
Is there tax on winnings?
No — gambling winnings fall outside personal income tax. This applies to every licensed operator. The operator remits the levy, not the player.
Can I change my limit?
The statutory standard is €200 per week. Going down is always allowed, going up is not. It is on by default; you need do nothing. You set it in your account settings.
